I came here to write a review but I noticed some of these one star reviews. I will say these fees that are mentioned are standard with rental companies. I really haven't came across any fees that were not mentioned. Everything is there in ink, from it being to the damage waiver, tolls, cleaning and greasing fees. I will say i do small side jobs so i keep a close eye on where my money goes. They have very competitive prices and were able to get me my stand on skid in a couple of hours. Also side note they will give you 10% off if you write a 5 star review. went in on a Saturday for a last min job very kind staff loaded me up quick plus free bags of ice!

I rented a boom lift to trim trees on my property getting ready for hurricane season, lift worked great, great customer service, mackenzie was easy to deal with , plus free hotdogs and popcorn on Fridays !!!!!

after i waited 4 hrs for a dump trailer i reserved that didnt show up till after 12 they fixed the tires and gave me for the full weekend instead of 24 hours great people
