I was on a job site and needed to unload some heavy equipment from a fifth wheel. I was told by the delivery company that they would bring a forklift to unload it but that didn't happen! With no way to unload it I was in a panic and the delivery company was going to leave without delivering my equipment! I called Rental Depot and talked to Xavier and told him I had an emergency situation and he was on it and within an hour I had my forklift! He saved me a lot of time and money in this disastrous situation by giving me such a quick help! This was great experience on renting equipment and I will definitely use Rental Depot in the future!

I just recently rented a piece of equipment from these guys and as any tradesman will tell you, as long as the equipment gets the job done and I can rent it at a decent price, I'm happy. What I did not expect with the experience was to have the pleasure of working with Brandon, who not only did all the leg work for me, tracking down a piece of equipment, but also serviced himself and had it where I needed it early at no charge, because he wanted to make sure no one else got it before me. If you want a great experience, ask for Brandon.

These guys are on it every time I need something. I typically schedule my rentals in advance, but this past Saturday we were working on a Hurricane Milton damaged seawall that was impacting the customers home. We realized around 11:45 am that we need an excavator. I called Rental Depot and they had one delivered to my location in about 1 hour from my phone call. These guys always make it happen. When I've had problems with their rental equipment (which is only once) they always jump on it and even came to my site to make it work. I highly recommend them for just about all your rental needs.
