I have rented from other big rental companies before and I have to say this is by far the best rental company for equipment out there. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the process quick and easy. I had to rent a trailer and excavator it was clean worked well and got the job done

We had a tree fall in our driveway which was to big for us to move. We recently moved into the Clermont area and we don't have much of our own yard tools to get this done. Me and my wife came into Rental Depot and were surprised of the wide variety of equipment they have. They were able to get us a chainsaw for a couple of days that was able to get the job done. Very friendly, and knowledgeable group of people.

Now this is how you run a business. I got my 259 skid delivered in a very timely manner. Our family is currently trying to expand our house and needed to get some debris and clay moved away from it but wanted to get it done before hurricane season hits. This machine was great. It worked as it should and we had no problems with it. This place gets a thumbs up from us.

I came here to write a review but I noticed some of these one star reviews. I will say these fees that are mentioned are standard with rental companies. I really haven't came across any fees that were not mentioned. Everything is there in ink, from it being to the damage waiver, tolls, cleaning and greasing fees. I will say i do small side jobs so i keep a close eye on where my money goes. They have very competitive prices and were able to get me my stand on skid in a couple of hours. Also side note they will give you 10% off if you write a 5 star review.

Where do i start with this place. First of all I have not had the greatest experience with my local rental stores. But man was I wrong, there is still hope for rental stores. I had a few questions about a trencher and they were able to answer all of them. I was pretty skeptical about it being gas rather than diesel. But man was i wrong that thing was a beast. I had no issues with the machine and it did more than i expected. Makenzie and Chris are a hoot. I left the store with a smile on my face and a fresh warm cup of coffee in my hand. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be a returning customer.

We had a GREAT experience with Rental Depot on SR 27. Mackenzie, the store manager made the process easy and straightforward. We rented a trencher and delivery came on time and when we had an issue (our fault) on property they quickly sent out a friendly tech to resolve it. We will definitely be using them for all equipment needs moving forward and we can confidently recommend them to anyone needing the same.

Had a very pleasant encounter with the Manager, Julian and his coIleague just two days ago. My husband and I had an issue with our mini chainsaw and decided to seek advice at this business in our neighborhood. While they do not offer that service, Julian very kindly took a look and fixed the issue; also gave us great tips on using the chainsaw. We are truly grateful for their kindness and would not hesitate to do business with these gentlemen in future.
